Tony Ryburn (Managing Director)
Tony has had 30 years experience to General Management/Director level in the finance sector including venture capital, development banking, finance companies and commercial banking. He has played a key role in the financing of innumerable business start-ups and major business expansions. Tony has specialist expertise in company turnarounds and credit risk assessment and management.
Tony has been a major shareholder in a number of successful small companies and has acted as a advisor to many private sector companies and Government departments including Treasury, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (as it then was). He has managed projects as diverse as the reconstruction of a Pacific Islands development bank to the Sale of the Crown’s interest in New Zealand’s Wellington Airport.
Tony has a B. Com. Degree. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a past member of the Society of Accountants.
Tony has been a committed and enthusiastic investor in the Australian and New Zealand share markets for the past 10 years.
Marcus Baguley (Technical Consultant)
Marcus has been in the IT industry since completing a Masters Degree (Computer Science) in 1992. He has worked within a variety of industries, including TelCo’s Clear Communications and Ericsson’s (Dublin, Ireland), GIS, banking, energy (BP – London), and property information.
He has been an architect/lead developer on a number of internet developments, including:
• www.terranet.co.nz, (Wellington, NZ) property information online -finalist for Computerworld Excellence Awards 2004 (eBusiness of the year).
• www.isa.co.uk, (London, UK) an online accounting/sales order processing intraweb system for Sterling Publishing Group.
• www.grocerygateway.com (Toronto, Canada) online shopping/order processing.
Marcus has worked as a trainer for Software Education, Rational, and SUN in Java, VB, C++, Jade, OO analysis and design, requirements management and case tools, and completed business analysis assignments for LINZ while employed by Equinox Software Architects as a senior consultant.
Nigel Ramsay (Technical Consultant)
Nigel has been in the IT industry since completing a Master of Technology in 1997 and has worked within the banking, government, music and energy industries.
He has been the lead developer on numerous Internet developments including:

• Manage My Family – Inland Revenue (Wellington, NZ)
• Westpac Leads – Westpac Banking Corporation (Wellington, NZ)

Scott Ryburn (Product Manager)
Scott has a bachelor of Commerce and Administration. Upon graduating Scott worked for Wellington company LEA Ltd and was a project manager for a variety of technology projects ranging from computer network installations in local primary schools to state of the art home automation systems installed into hi-tech apartments.
Scott spent 3 years working for a large govenrment department, working his way up to a senior level in the IT service delivery team.
More recently Scott founded Haven Technologies Limited, which developed leading edge home theatre and digital entertainment solutions. Scott was involved in a variety of projects including a high tech digital home used by Microsoft as part of the international Windows Vista product launch.
